This beginner’s workshop will get you started on your very own sourdough baking journey just in time for the Holidays! 🤶🎄🥨Burlington’s up and coming “Sourdough Queen”, Alex Yacko, and I, are teaming up to offer this fun and delicious workshop two times throughout the upcoming 2024 Holiday season

Learn all the Do’s and Don’ts… of sourdough baking, “stretch & folds”, proper measuring & feeding techniques, etc. 🥐🥯🥨🥖😉
This is the second session being offered in this series, and will meet on Thursday December 19th. from 5:30PM until 8:00PM.

This 2.5-hour class will be limited to 10 people and provide a unique hands-on experience that will be so much fun! Participants will learn how to feed and care for a sourdough starter, prepare and shape their own sourdough round bread loaf, and then take the loaf home to bake in their own ovens.
(Don’t forget to bring your own bowl for transporting) …🥣🥣🥣🥣🥖🥖🥖🥖🥖
Additionally, participants will leave with a few other cherished sourdough recipes to use in making their own future “gut healthy” sourdough breads and treats with! 🥐🥨🥖🥖🥯
This class will be a great time amongst friends, new & old, learning all about some of the benefits of baking with sourdough bread, while sampling some amazing foods, and just connecting as a collective group within our community, while bonding over the most basic of tasks, the wonderful art of bread making from scratch… 😉💕🥖🥰
There will also be a yummy charcuterie board as well as both alcoholic and non alcoholic wine options available. 🍷🍪🧑🍳

One large bowl / container to transport your dough / loaf

One large spatula / spoon for scraping your dough
