Katja's approach to learning emphasizes experience, allowing you to actively participate in guided meditation sessions and hands-on exercises.
From understanding the fundamentals of mindfulness to exploring various meditation techniques, you will learn the tools to cultivate present-moment awareness, clarity, and overall well-being.
The workshop also addresses common challenges beginners face and provides strategies for integrating meditation seamlessly into daily life.
You will:
✅ Understand the fundamental principles of meditation and mindfulness, including its origins, benefits, and relevance to managing stress in daily life.
✅ Learn practical meditation techniques, such as breath awareness, guided meditation, and mantra meditation, to cultivate mindfulness.
