We’ll look at the connection of thoughts, and emotions, tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Regulation techniques, and research findings from the Gottmans’ 40 years of research on relationships and effective communication."

Loving your neighbor starts with loving God. We will look at how God’s Word commands us to love Him and why. Then we will delve into how a love for God overflows from our cup onto our neighbor."
