Through the practice of meditation, we discover a way to work with our thoughts and connect to the present moment. In this moment, we can discover a feeling of unconditional goodness. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings. This weekend is the first of five Shambhala Training levels.This program includes meditation instruction, talks, periods of meditation practice, and discussion. Everyone welcome.

Open to all!
Saturday session will include a lunch break - there is space onsite to eat and enough time to visit a restaurant.
