This 3-hour morning workshop will explore how we can use yoga to find balance in all aspects of our lives: in our bodies, our minds, our breath, our being.This workshop will include:
An exploration of relevant yogic philosophy, with reference to the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras;
a range of balancing physical practices including asana, pranayama and mudra ; and
an extended yoga nidra relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned yogis
