Join us for an evening of deep connection community and love. This Authentic Relating pop-up led by Courtney Windju MSW will empower you to be more alive awake and aware in all of your relationships. This non-movement based class will begin with grounding + breath before entering into group and partner exercises to inspire deeper connection with self + others be it platonic or romantic.
Activities and exercises will bring us together in the spirit of camaraderie to both strengthen and deepen connections. There will be time after each activity/exercise to reflect on the impact of what you experienced - and as always sharing is optional.
We welcome you to bring a friend partner family member (anyone you wish to deepen relationship with) or come alone. All are welcome! Please dress comfortably - “yoga clothes” not necessary.
Free for members (and a great chance to use your guest pass!) All other packages and drop-ins accepted.
