Allowing is almost the full word of Hallow, which means to honour as holy…Holy, wholly – these words call in a sense of presence, fullness, magic…
The sacred. That which is precious and unique in each one of us. And a vast landscape through which we are passing and moving in.
In this workshop we will call in the muse of Allowing with all the potential it has for us, all the creativity and expression waiting for us to move with, listen to and let be.
We will work with movement and music, movement and making, movement and enquiry.
Solo, in connection and with the group field. Relationship with ourselves and others, the ground –
the hallowed ground – from which deep creativity and awareness can arise.

Everyone is welcome. First timer, old timer, shy or bold or curious and willing to give it a go. No experience is needed, just a body of any description to dance in. There are no steps to learn, no need for any skills in art or movement expression. Wear comfortable clothes and have water to drink nearby.

trained in Open Floor Movement, Somatic Studies and psychotherapy. Specializing in trauma treatment and relationship issues. She’s certified in Integrative Trauma Somatic Therapy, including Attachment Somatic Therapy, IFS, IRF, Clinical Trauma Professional, and Integrative Sex and Couples Counseling.
