The Art of Alignment with Health & Social Club

Health & Social Club is a female-founded wellness club centered around genuine connection and holistic wellness. We connect through events centered around physical, social & spiritual well-being. We are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and found across all social media platforms (@healthxsocial).

Join us for our H&S signature Strength x Pilates 50-minute workout, designed to challenge and energize your body while leaving you feeling empowered. Following the workout, refuel with small bites, grab a coffee, visit our on-site wellness vendors, and connect with others!

This experience is about focusing on aligning with your goals and aspirations in the new season. Becoming your best self within a community that uplifts and inspires you! Moving, connecting, and growing in this space together.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.

Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.

Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.

Bailey and Katie are both fitness instructors with a deep passion for wellness! They met through Instagram DMs after trying to navigate the post-grad scene and struggling to find community. Together they created Health & Social which is a circle to empower real connection and practice physical, social, and spiritual wellness.
