As part of Arizona Cocktail Weekend, this Tequila Ocho cocktail class focuses on agar techniques, exploring the creation of fluid gels, caviar, and foams that can elevate your mixology game. Agar fluid gels add a smooth yet structured texture, perfect for innovative garnishes or layered drinks. Agar caviar creates small flavor spheres that deliver intense flavor, adding a playful twist to cocktails. Lastly, agar foams provide a stable, airy topping that enhances both the presentation and sensory experience of a drink. Tequila Ocho brand specifics, terroir, etc. will be discussed as well.
DETAILS
Class cocktails, seminar, and appetizer buffet are provided complements of Tequila Ocho. Class will begin promptly at 4pm and will last approximately 90 minutes. Ticket fee covers a welcome Tequila Ocho Margarita from BARCOA.
