About this Event
How can learn to bring more happiness into our lives?
How can we determine what's holding us back from experiencing more happiness?
Together, we will share our challenges and strategies to live happier lives.
As always, each participant is encouraged to watch a few food-for-thought videos prior to their arrival:

Since 2012, the Meaningful Discussions project has helped to initiate over 1,500 events in 11 countries.
These events provide small group discussions on a thought-provoking topic, with short videos to watch beforehand and guiding questions to keep things engaging and on track. Afterward, participants can mingle with people from other tables, fostering a growing sense of community over the series.
This event is geared toward people 35–60, though all adults (18+) are welcome.
Hosted by Glen Brauer, community-building expert and founder of the Meaningful Discussions project.
