Hazel Dell Mushrooms has been producing top-quality, specialty certified organic mushrooms for the Rocky Mountain region since 1997. The farm is proudly family-owned and operated by Fort Collins locals Lucinda Womack and Jared Scherger, where they bring together experience and modern techniques to produce the best exotic mushrooms around. Hazel Dell grows 13 different varieties and supplies their product to high-end local restaurants, farmers markets, food distributors and large regional grocery stores. Jared and Lucinda look forward to continuing to grow with their community and produce the very best fungi around for many years.
