Join us for a hands-on community workshop exploring the rich traditions of desert foodways as part of Les Sembrantes. Local foods practitioners will guide participants through cooking demonstrations and interactive activities at the Mexican American Cultural Center, highlighting regional flavors, techniques, and cultural knowledge rooted in the desert.
