The Arena: Battle of the Fittest is coming to Players Lounge, Billericay

A Three-Stage Doubles Event: Test your endurance, strength, speed and battle it out for glory on a variety of high-energy stations!

The competition will consist of three stages:

Stage 1 – 16 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

· Sandbag carry lengths

· Bar facing burpees

· Sandbag over shoulder

· BB thruster

· Box overs

Stage 2 – 18 minute Max Calories – 6 minute windows

· Sandbag squats + max cals bike erg

· BB hang clean + max cals rower

· Sandbag deadlift + max cals ski

Stage 3 – 4 rounds for time with increasing difficulty

· Front rack rev lunges

· Clean + press

· Front squat

· Devil press

Registration:

· Entry fee is £60 per team (2 people)

The venue:

Players Lounge, Billericay is located just a few minutes’ walk from Billericay Train Station. Players Lounge offers free onsite parking via a shared car park with Pure Gym. Turn into Radford Crescent then take your first right into the car park. Upon arrival, please enter your registration number into the tablet in reception either at Players Lounge or Pure Gym.
