About this Event
This talk will present the findings of the first modern excavation of Clarendon Palace, which took place in 2019 and was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. In addition to looking at the structures and artefacts that were unearthed, it will also cover the first scientific dates for the site, and look at how specialist analysis is adding to the story of Clarendon and informing the potential for future work at the site.
Doors open at 7pm for a brief drinks reception ahead of the talk starting at 7:30pm.
Please note that the Friends of Clarendon Palace AGM will not be happening as part of this event.
