Join us this Autumn for a powerful afternoon of energy work, gentle movement and deep relaxation where we release what no longer serves us.
About this Event

Harness the energy of Autumn with us on this powerful and rejuvinating afternoon. Take some time to honour yourself and, just as the trees shed their leaves, release what no longer serves you or is holding you back. We will work with the physical body through gentle movement ( suitable for all) to really tune into where we may be holding tension or stress and allow that to be expressed and shifted. We will then look at our spiritual and energetic body and learn to harness our own internal energy source with ancient chinese practices and wisdom. We will round off the afternoon with some deep relaxation and some work to allow you to tune into and learn to utilise your inner power.
