You heard right, team BDE. On Sunday afternoon, October 20, we're going to assemble (rain or shine) in all shades of blue for a massive "human blue dot" in Memorial Park, to be captured aerially via drone.
From Noon-1:15 p.m., we'll have family-friendly entertainment while we gather and begin filling in for our group photo, which we'll aim to take around 1:30 p.m. Depending on how that goes, we may experiment with other shapes or words (a blue heart, the word "VOTE," etc.).
Show up, bring a friend, and be a part of history - something you'll remember forever. We plan to make the photos available for free to all BDE group members.
In dramatic fashion, we'll show Nebraska's Legislature it needs to preserve NE-02's independence. And we'll show the world Omaha is ready to do its part in delivering this critical 2024 presidential election to Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
