About this Event
Everything we see on TV or read about ancient Egypt tends to focus on serious topics — wars, royalty, and work. But what about leisure? What did the Egyptians actually do for fun?
Join Molly Osborne, Egyptologist and play-advocate, for a lively exploration of the games and pastimes enjoyed in ancient Egypt. The session will finish with a playful surprise — including a chance to take part in a game yourself!
The talk will start at 6.15 promptly, so please arrive 15 minutes early for good seats.
