No need to hide anymore! At The Amsterdam Storytelling Festival you can take off all your masks. This year, we invited many international and national performers to gather at the Podium Mozaiek and show us their real faces.Join us for a wild ride as we get trapped in an endless vanity search on instagram, fight a big corporation in a courtroom, discover what it takes to be a dad in a modern family, look at the most well-known story from all possible angles, and search for the answer to an age-old question: what is, finally, your “true” self.
A mix of experienced storytellers and young talent will play with masks, truth and suggestion in their unique ways. Creative directors Raphael Rodan and Sahand Sahebdivani selected the very best for the festival, as well as directed and took part in preparation of several shows.
Alongside the performances, the festival offers a wide selection of inspiring workshops and thought-provoking talks. Or just stop by a chat and some music in the foyer, and tell each other some tall tales of your own. See you there!
