The Washington D.C. based creatives, comprised of sisters-- Jakiya Ayanna, and Shaina Aisha, “ The Amours “ are known for their eclectic harmonies. With their undeniable, one of a kind sound, The Amours are approaching the industry on their own terms, spreading their heart-felt musical message of love. This dynamic sister duo honed their vocals as little girls in church, and have blossomed into vocal powerhouses.
The Amours are true “R&B Girlies”. The close-knit harmonies, signature Amours arrangements, and warm R&B vibes will have you screaming what you “Don’t Deserve” even if you’re getting what you do. From touring as supporting vocalist, being a part of Grammy Award®–winning records, and delivering harmony all over the world, The Amours are destined to leave a mark of greatness. You may recognize them as the former bgvs for PJ Morton during his iconic Gumbo era or their viral performance of “Rodeo” during Juvenile’s highly anticipated tiny desk. After a three-year hiatus, the love duo has teamed up with R&B super producer Camper to present to you a very special body of work entitled “Changes”.
