The AmeriCosmos Experience

Step beyond the familiar in this amazing immersive experience with national touring artist and award-winning composer Matt Venuti--The AmeriCosmos Experience, a 75-minute immersive multi-sensory event coming to the Unity of Broward on Monday, March 16.

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with a wine & cheese reception in Friendship Hall. Then at 7:00 p.m. we will immerse ourselves in this amazing multimedia experience in our sanctuary!

The performance blends rare acoustic and electronic instruments with breathtaking video imagery from the remote, majestic terrains of the United States to the deep reaches of the galaxy and an exploration of Earth from above. Venuti, a veteran of both East and West Coast music scenes with many years of touring, uses live-looping with a highly expressive synthesized wind-instrument and a gamut of rare acoustic and electronic instruments to build lush arrangements and propulsive grooves to create an improvised soundtrack.
