This Valentine’s season, the Mind Light Way School of Zen invites you to the most important "date" of your life: a homecoming to your younger self. We often look for healing in others, but true transformation begins when we make amends with the child we once were.
The Experience: This is a 2-hour immersive "Somato-Sensory" journey designed to bypass the logical mind and speak directly to the heart. We will use:
- Oxygen & Vibration: A deep-clearing breathwork session followed by a resonant Crystal Bowl sound bath to melt away "adult armor."
- The Intuitive Dialogue: A unique writing practice using your non-dominant hand to allow your inner child to finally speak and be heard, while your dominant hand will represent the adult self in a sacred conversation.
- The Altar Building: Using a photo of your younger self, you will learn to curate a sacred space for daily self-remembrance.
