The All-Ireland Cancer Network (AllCaN) Oesophageal Symposium 2025

The AllCaN Oesophageal Symposium 2025 will take place in Riddel Hall, Queen's University Belfast (185 Stranmillis Rd, Belfast BT9 5EE, United Kingdom) on 20th October 2025. This year’s symposium will examine the latest challenges and advances in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Barrett’s oesophagus and oesophageal cancer, while encouraging collaboration and the sharing of expertise among clinicians, scientists and patient advocates from across the island of Ireland. As a joint endeavour between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, AllCaN Oesophageal aims to harmonise research and clinical practice in oncology with a strong emphasis on patient-centred solutions. The programme will once again be organised around AllCaN Oesophageal’s four core work packages: Prevention, Intervention, Targeted Diagnostics and Novel Therapeutics, providing a rounded perspective on current research and development in Barrett’s oesophagus and oesophageal cancer care.
