DETROIT! Get ready for a VERY SPECIAL holiday event featuring an ALL-STAR LINEUP of some of the city's favorite poets. It's not a competition, it's an evening where some of our best and brightest will hit the stage and bring the heat! So many people have been asking us to feature the poets from the slams in way that takes the pressure off the table and allows them to simply bring themselves...THIS IS THAT EVENT! Some of our most prolific wordsmiths will grace the beautiful Aretha's Jazz Cafe stage. The evening will also feature COMPLIMENTARY COCKTAILS served from 7-8 pm and Detroit-based Vendors setup in the lobby with handmade and original products for sell.
