Wild Eye Pub is eager to welcome back The Alex Lucero Band! We hosted their Nevada County debut in March, 2025, and with just 2 weeks notice, they sold out the room! Their fans - many who'd never been here - drove from as far as Tahoe and the Bay Area to see them here! This spirited Soul/Americana touring act is based out of Santa Cruz, CA. Fronted by powerhouse vocalist / multi-instrumentalist Alex Lucero, the band blends rich musicianship with a dynamic stage presence, anchored by Alex and his wife Justina, who lead the band with undeniable chemistry. Their sound has captivated audiences worldwide, with over 115,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.

Recently, the group was placed in the top 3 for Whale Rock Music Festival’s Battle of the Bands and featured on the iconic Jam in the Van mobile recording studio. Alex and band were awarded the "2023 Best of Santa Cruz" for Best Local Musician and Best Local Band! They have released five all original albums and multiple singles since the band's inception in 2015.
In the past year alone, they’ve toured both Europe and the East and West Coast of the United States, gracing legendary venues like The Bitter End and Stephen Talkhouse, while headlining Americana festivals across the globe and selling out hometown shows. With a genre-spanning style and original compositions ranging from deep soul to boot-stomping Americana, The Alex Lucero Band is an unforgettable music experience.
SPECIAL OFFER: This early Autumn afternoon show is planned for inside our great listening space, limited to about 85 diners and dancers - so get your tickets right away if you know you're going! **BONUS: If it's mild weather, we'll move the show out back to our creekside stage, with extra room for more seats and more dancers! In that case, we'll release extra tickets even if the first round sells out in advance. We'll post a weather update a week before the show. Stay tuned!
Sliding scale, or "pay what you can" tickets are *$22-35/person. Tickets *start at $22 for this event, *but, if you can, consider adding a few bucks to your ticket purchase. This helps us feed and pay the artists more, and helps cover venue costs for bringing a rich diversity of arts and cultural events to our community. xo

Family-friendly venue, with a restaurant & bar: farm-to-table foods from local & organic sources, a full bar of regional brews, wines, spirits & mocktails, and nightly entertainment in a comfy 'supper club' setting with an easy vibe.
Seating/service for this *special Sunday afternoon show starts at 4:00, with music at 5:00. We offer table service of food/drinks before & during the event.
IMPORTANT: We *really* appreciate reservations, to help us plan for each show. For busy dinner shows, reserved/ticketed guests get priority seating & table service. PARKING: Pub has free parking. More parking is nearby at the corner of Mill & McCourtney, a 2-minute walk. Across from Pub, French Ave has parking. Carpooling is encouraged - our neighbors appreciate it.
DOGS: We love animals, but please do not bring them to Pub's events without talking to staff in advance.
