From February, I’ll be hosting a monthly Grief Café on the first Monday of each month:

📍 Fika, Woolton Road, L15 6TB
This is a calm, informal space for anyone living with loss - whether your grief is recent or something you’ve been carrying for years.
A Grief Café isn’t therapy.
There’s no fixing, no advice, no pressure to talk.
Just a warm café, a cup of tea or coffee, and the chance to sit alongside others who understand what grief can feel like.
