Dr. Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and a certified Hogan Assessments administrator. As the CEO of MKR Development, an organizational development firm dedicated to helping organizations create workplaces that work at every level, Dr. Roberthon brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and learning. She earned her Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
