Celebrated DJ Becky Measures to Headline Town’s First Daytime 90s Xmas Party
Chesterfield is joining one of the UK’s fastest-growing party trends – and a familiar local favourite is helping lead the charge.
Popular DJ and broadcaster Becky Measures will be spinning the discs at the town’s very first Daytime 90s Reunion Xmas Party, taking place at Real Time Live on Saturday 13th December.
Running from 3pm to 7pm, the event promises a floor-filling afternoon of Britpop, boybands, bangers and festive nostalgia – all wrapped up in time for partygoers to be home for Strictly.
Organised in part by Dirty Stop Out’s author Neil Anderson, the event is aimed at grown-ups who still love the music of their youth – just without the 2am finish.
“These events have proved incredibly popular in other cities,” said Neil Anderson. “We knew it was time Chesterfield had its own – and who better to lead the charge than Becky Measures? She knows exactly how to fill a dancefloor.”
