The 7th Annual Accounting Workshop on Experiments (AWE)

We are pleased to announce the Seventh Annual Accounting Workshop on Experiments (AWE) to be held on Friday 16 May 2025 at UNSW Sydney. The keynote address will be presented by Associate Professor Emily Griffith, University of Wisconsin-Madison. This conference is to be preceded by a Doctoral Forum which will occur on Thursday 15 May 2025, with a doctoral masterclass conducted by Professor Mandy Cheng, UNSW Sydney.

The forum provides doctoral students with the opportunity to participate in a masterclass conducted by Professor Mandy Cheng, UNSW Sydney, as well as a mentoring session with experienced experimentalists to receive feedback on experimental materials or preliminary results.

Students wishing to attend the forum should submit a brief overview of up to one page, which includes a title, the name of their supervisor(s), a description of their study, and the stage of the development of their experiment and thesis. At a minimum, students participating in the forum are expected to have a developed theory and research instrument. Emailed submissions should cc the student’s principal supervisor. Students participating in the Doctoral Forum are expected to attend the main conference.
