This is a unique 7-month series exploring the power of your chakras and the healing magic of sound. Each month, we’ll focus on one of the seven main chakras, using crystal singing bowls and other ancestral instruments, somatic movement, and mindful practices to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
