The fourth annual Resurrection Island Tattoo Convention is brought to you by the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Breaking Skin Tattoo & Body Piercing. It is going to be an exciting year of amazing tattoo artists, live entertainment, and fun times in Wheeling, WV in October 2024! Resurrection Island will be bringing you some of the best body art from seasoned tattoo masters and also many young, up and coming artists! In addition to the talented artists, Resurrection Island will be having a friendly atmosphere, amazing art, vendors, seminars, live bands and performances, Resurrection Dolls, and tattoo competitions.
