There are so many outstanding women in Jersey City working extremely hard to help our community, and they are changing the game in their respective industries. We must recognize and honor their contributions while they are still with us. This will not only encourage them to continue breaking barriers, but it will also inspire the young women who will follow in their footsteps.
Educational Gilmore Speaks, LLC is proud to host the "Extraordinary Women of the Year" awards on Monday, March 31st, 2025, at The Factory in Ward F.
This event is an opportunity to continue celebrating the outstanding women who shatter glass ceilings and overcome obstacles to pave the way for future generations.
Honorees will receive free admission and access to an Exclusive VIP Networking mixer sponsored by friends of Educational Gilmore.
Ticket purchase includes dinner, entertainment, and access to the 2025 EGS Extraordinary Women of the Year Souvenir Program.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the EGS fund, which provides financial assistance to Jersey City students post-high school. Let us come together to recognize and support these remarkable women, whose unwavering dedication and hard work continue to inspire us all.

Educational Gilmore Speaks, LLC is a motivational speaking program founded by Ward F Councilman Frank E. Gilmore, providing one-on-one mentoring, speaking engagements, and life coaching services since 2017.
Educational Gilmore's community engagement is multifaceted and impactful, spanning educational initiatives, mentorship programs, and advocacy efforts. His commitment to empowering Jersey City's youth is evident through initiatives such as the F.E.D.D.I.E. Foundation, which focuses on improving children's health, literacy, and education through mentoring. Additionally, his Educational Gilmore Speaks LLC provides one-on-one mentoring via the Youth Enrichment Learning Program (Y.E.L.P), offering personalized support to at-risk youth.
Gilmore's dedication to education extends beyond traditional classroom settings. He established the Educational Gilmore Community Learning Center, situated in the very building where he once faced personal challenges, to emphasize the importance of education and provide a supportive environment for local youth. Furthermore, his role as a GED coach for fellow halfway house residents underscores his commitment to facilitating educational opportunities for individuals seeking to better themselves.
