Time for our 4th annual winter classic!The TWO DAY tournament will take place at the UPJ wellness and sports center. The formats are coed sixes on Saturday and coed quads on Sunday. We'll be taking 15 teams on Saturday and 25 teams on Sunday. Just like last year we will be running a youth division. This year it will be a JH division tournament (7th-8th), and we will be donating $1000 towards the winners!! We will be taking 10 teams for this division.
Saturday: Adults

-$600 to first (dependent on the number of teams signed up)

IMPORTANT: Per usual, we are going to be donating the proceeds from this tournament. In the past we have donated to local teams or charities and also given away the money to the winners of the youth division last year. This year, on top of the $1000 for the JH division, we would also like to give back to a place that helped jump start AAV but also is a home to many volleyball events for adults and kids throughout the year, the windber community building. We will be donating the profits to upgrade the volleyball equipment such as nets, balls, pads, etc. for the community to use! Come out and play some ball while also helping support a gym that many of us call home!
The serving contest will be back again this year as well. For $1, you can serve a ball and try to hit various prizes on the other side such as shirts, gift cards, cash, hoodies, backpacks, and more!! Lots planned for this year so stay tuned!!!
There will be concessions running both days, and there will also be an after party Saturday night at a location to be announced at a later date. There will be drink and food specials with karaoke like in previous years. Keep an eye out for shirt orders as well.
There will be a $5 admission fee for the high school portion of the tournament, 17 and under will be free!
This is always the best tournament of the year and we're looking forward to having the biggest and best year yet!!
