The 360 Movement Lab
In this day-long movement exploration, we will deepen our understanding of The 360 mapping, and expand what is possible through our individual and collective lens of awareness somatically, energetically, and soulfully.
We will dance, practice the art of seeing and being seen, and weave our exploration and experience into an intentional sacred dance.

Tune: A Sacred 360 Ecstatic Dance Gathering
We come together in community, to practice the journey to greater freedom through the sacred soulful art form of Ecstatic Dance.
With a sonically dynamic multi genre DJ set, meant to move the mover through the infinite shades of human nuance, from contracted to open, from isolated to belonged, from confused to clear, and so on.
All of existence lives in polarity until we move into the unified field. When we gather to dance into the unified field dropping in together, magic happens.

You can attend the 2 day Lab as a progression of an embodied healing experience or you can attend Saturday or Sunday as stand alone day long Labs.
