Learn practical tips for improving heart health, lifestyle changes you can make, and when it’s time to see a heart doctor.
After the talk, enjoy guided walks along the towpath with 1-, 2-, and 3-mile loops, plus options for self-guided walks. Group walks will start at 1:15 PM at staggered intervals.
