Join us for the second event in the 3 Crafts of Christmas series at Spinster Abbott's. This workshop continues the heart behind the series by offering space to slow down, create, and connect during a season that can feel rushed and consumer driven.
This session focuses on beaded jewelry and shell pendant making using entirely thrifted beads and collected shells. You’ll be able to design necklaces, keychains, or phone charms, and you can use paint pens to decorate pre-drilled shells for your pendants. The emphasis is on giving old materials new life and showing how secondhand supplies can become something meaningful, personal, and gift worthy. These handmade pieces make thoughtful presents for friends and family or a special keepsake for yourself.
All materials are included with your ticket, along with a complimentary drink. You’ll have access to thrifted beads, pre-drilled shells, closures, paint pens, and all tools needed to build your piece. Help will be available throughout the night, so no prior experience is necessary. You’re welcome to stay the full three hours, get creative, meet new people, and enjoy a relaxed evening of making.
