The 2nd Annual goodr Flamingo Open

We're back with our annual golf tournament, The goodr Flamingo Open!!! Now with MORE flamingos and MORE debauchery!!! (Bet you didn't think that was possible, HA.)

When: Saturday, October 15th, 2022

Where: Tijeras Creek Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

Tee time: 12 PM (18-hole scramble, shotgun start)

Who: You? The flamingo golfer.

Note: This is a 21+ event. All golfers and spectators must be 21+. No exceptions. (If two children stand on each other's shoulders and wear a trenchcoat to pass as an adult, they WILL be turned away.)

Ticket proceeds will be donated to Special Olympics Southern California and the APGA Foundation to help bring inclusion and create more diversity in the game of golf.

Ticket Prices:

$500 a foursome

$150 for 1 single-player ticket

$50 per spectator

SPECTATOR TICKET INCLUDES:

Entry to the ALL NEW Spectator Party Hole during the tournament. (hahaha, "Party Hole.") Come get your float on in our flamingo raft wading pool between holes 9 and 18!!! Spectators will have a great view of the green. Please don't pee in the pool.

If you prefer not to get wet, you can sit in our poolside lounge seating area or the clubhouse patio.

Spectators, please note: This is an all-day event and it's a long day. Come and go as you please. Want to only come for the 19th Hole goodr G.A.M.S.? Great! Want to only come for the dinner and glow-in-the-dark driving range? Great! Want to only come to eat lunch at a food truck? Kinda weird, but okay. Great! Just check in with us when you arrive and keep your wristband on.

What is the attire?

Dress like a flamingo golfer. Whatever that means to you. Have fun!!! And take inspiration from our GOLF goodr Instagram.

I bought a single ticket, but I want to be on so-and-so’s team.

Not really a question, but okay. We'll do our best to accommodate special requests. But we cannot guarantee to accommodate everyone if we have a bunch of odd-numbered groups. Please reach out to us with your request, and we'll see what we can do.

What is a Spectator Ticket?

You can watch the tournament (aka SPECTATE) and hang out with Carl the Flamingo and the goodr flock at the Party Hole. It includes the party, open bar, dinner, option to participate in the 19th Hole goodr G.A.M.S., and afterparty at the glow-in-the-dark driving range!! 

Do spectators have to come to the whole thing? 

No. Come and go as you please, after you check in and put your wristband on. (KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND ON!!! FOREVER!!! Or at least for the day.)

Are there discounted tickets for students/military/charity/people named Carl/etc? 

No. All ticket sales are being donated to charity. 

Are you going to sell more tickets if you sell out? 

No. Our tournament is maxed out at 144 players. Also, we will not sell any more spectator tickets after we sell out.

Do I have to be 21+ to attend this event even if I'm not drinking? 

Yes. This event is only for people 21 and older. No exceptions. (Again, don't you DARE stand on your friend's shoulders and put on a trenchcoat, kids!!! We're savvy to that scheme...now.)

Do I have to wear a mask or be fully vaccinated?  

We do not require people to be fully vaccinated. The rules for masks follow Orange County and California guidelines for outdoor events. This could change at any time due to the county and state guidelines and regulations.

What if I can no longer make it? 

No refunds. But we know sh*t happens. If you can no longer attend, please email us through Eventbrite. We'll see if we can transfer your ticket to someone on our waitlist. We might be able to help you out. Or we might not. A refund is not guaranteed. (Really, you want to take money AWAY from the Special Olympics Southern California and the APGA Foundation, you MONSTER?!?!)

Can I resell my ticket?

No reselling tickets. We need to know who is coming and what their names are so they can check in. If you want to transfer your ticket to someone, reach out to us through Eventbrite. We'll see if we can accommodate you. We're very nice. Really. DO YOU SEE HOW F*CKING NICE WE ARE?!?!?!
