The 21st Annual Barristers Big Band Benefit Ball celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Chicago Bar Association, honoring David Katz, Founding Music Director and Conductor of The CBA Symphony Orchestra. The event will take place on April 26, 2024, at the Union League Club in Chicago, Illinois. The evening will begin with an open bar and music from the BBB's small jazz group, The Scales of Justice, followed by a few words from CBA First Vice President, John Sciaccotta, to acknowledge the 150th anniversary of the Chicago Bar Association and a Prosecco toast. There will also be a recognition of David Katz's 38 years of service and many accomplishments as the Music Director of the CBA Symphony Orchestra. The Barristers Big Band will then perform, and a dance contest will take place later in the evening. The event will also include a silent auction, delicious food, and a full cash bar.
