Welcome to The 2026 Takeover: a 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you release, rewire, and rise into the woman you’re meant to be.
Includes: Breathwork, vision board making, fireside chat, appetizers, and of course — 2026 goal-setting.

2:00 PM – Arrival & Connection
2:20 PM – Breathwork & Grounding Activation
2:40 PM – Reflection & Release Limiting Beliefs from 2025 (Activity) (love, money, career, friendships)
3:00 PM – Snack break (appetizers and drinks will be provided by The Sponsor Toronto)
3:10 PM – Fireside chat: Release Old Limiting Beliefs & Anchor in new Neural Pathways
3:40 PM – Intentions Settings for 2026 (activity)
4:10 PM – Vision Board Workshop (all supplies included)
4:50 PM – Closing Circle & Celebration
You’ll start the night by reflecting on 2025 — unpacking old patterns, limiting beliefs, and lessons that shaped you. Then, through guided mindset work and a release ritual, you’ll let go of what no longer aligns and make space for what’s next.
From there, we’ll shift gears into manifestation and intention setting — mapping out your next era with clarity and confidence — before moving into our signature Vision Board Workshop, where you’ll design your 2026 reality.
All supplies are provided — vision boards, magazines, glue, scissors, and intention cards — so all you need to bring is your energy.
