From 2010-2019 Super Gr8 Filmmakers produced over 300 short films, all shot entirely on the beloved Super 8 format. Now, after a five year hiatus the Super Gr8 Film Festival is BACK to celebrate its eleventh year. As usual the event will take place over two nights at Harrisonburg's own Court Square Theater.Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th
Doors: 6:30pm
Showtime: 7:30pm
In celebration of the Arts Council of the Valley’s 25th anniversary, admission to the festival will be free of charge, with a suggested $20 donation. Tickets to the event will be issued on an individual first-come, first-serve basis.
Come both nights to see each film and cast your votes in the categories of:
Best Film
Best Cinematography
Best Performance
Best Audio.
Awards will be presented at the official Super Gr8 After Party, hosted by The Golden Pony.
