Greetings Everyone, It's almost time again for another community Cosplay & Anime picnic at Gibbons Park.
As per tradition, all sorts of games, events, and prizes will be mustered for the day.
This is a cosplay-themed event, so please enjoy the day in your favorite weather-appropriate cosplay. Everyone is invited, and all cosplays from any fandom are encouraged.
Everyone is asked to please practice health-conscious practices to ensure everyone's safety. This includes how everyone interacts, to bringing food or snacks to share, or consuming food or drinks at the event.
This year, we will bring the needed BBQ tools and fuel, but we ask everyone to bring their own lunches or items they would like to cook on the BBQ. Think more potluck rather than a served lunch this year.

If anyone would like to volunteer to help with the event to ensure a smooth day, please speak up. We could use help with running games, events, and more.
If anyone would like to make donations towards the prize pool please let me know.
This is a day for everyone in our cosplaying community to enjoy themselves and be with each other.

Once again, a special big thank you to all the wonderful people who have brought previous picnics to our community here in London, Ontario. Without their hard work, we would not have such a grand tradition.
