About this Event
Here we go again - literally all over the city!
Join us on Saturday September 13th for the infamous The Every Neighborhood Ride! Meet at 7:45am, we roll out at 8am from Doughboy Square (Penn and Butler Street) and end at Arsenal Park 70+ and a ton of awesome hills later! It's free and supported with three full aid stations. We will start the ride as one large group at an intermediate pace and see where things evolve from there.
A ride organizer will be on the route, but not techincally leading the charge (generally riding a B/C+ pace) Like to ride fast? Dream of being a leader? This is your chance! Shoot Jen an email. Due to the length of the ride and the amount of climbing, this is NOT a no-drop ride. Riders should be comfortable riding on city streets!
The course you know and love with a few random changes due to shifts in the road that have occurred over the past several years! There is a ton of construction throughout the city, and we may need to make some game time calls. The course will be published in the coming a weeks and all riders should have the course or a Pittsburgh map and bus fare or a friend if you need to bail! The route will be on Ride with GPS for your very own turn by turn navigation on your phone mount! The route can be found here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/51894583
Can't come out for the whole day? That's totally cool. Join us for what you can and bail whenever you need.
Notifications will be emailed to those who have registered in the event we have to change the date due to weather.
Registering is not a requirement but helps us know how much bags of chips to buy to feed a crew of hungry riders!
As always, this is a ride at your own risk situation. By joining the ride you are accepting all responsiblity for any injury or issues that may impact you.
