The 2024 Cultre Gala will honor Tracy Steele for his 30 years of Public Servce while recognizing and supporting local nonprofits like the NAACP, Life Skills for Youth, and The Urban League of Arkansas. There will be speakers and live entertainment. All VIP tickets and Sponsorships will inlcude a VIP Reception from 6pm-7pm.
