We are coming to Weston-super-Mare! A weekend of free events, positivity, and a whole heap of cleaning up our planet. Details to follow over the coming weeks, but save the date!Friday 25th April - 6.30pm
Join us at Loves !
We encourage anyone to come along and chat to us - this is primarily for community groups and active individuals to pick our brains on any challenges you have within their community, but anyone is welcome. Drinks and nibbles on us, but if you want to make a night of it, Loves will be serving their awesome menu all night!
Saturday 26th April:
Beach clean!
Meet from 10am on the Seafront Promenade by The Grand Pier. Look out for our big whale flag! Everyone welcome, all equipment will be provided
Lunchtime - after the beach clean join us at our afternoon venue from 12pm at Front Room Theatre. We have organised a local bakery to cater a lunch for everyone 🙂
Afternoon - following the lunch would be the workshop - The workshop will be a very informal chat, all around plastics, climate change and similar, but focussing mainly on a whole load of Solutions. simple, quick, cheap things that we as individuals can do to limit out impact on the planet. It will be a great place to discuss problems and ideas, and hopefully everyone be able to walk away feeling inspired to be able to make a difference in the world! Weve got some great speakers lined up, and will be showcasing some local superstars too!
Sunday 27th April
Beach Clean:
Meet at 11am, Location TBC. A good old beach clean, followed by hot drink at a nearby cafe - on us!
