Our next public talk will be presented by local historian Alan Betteney. In it he will share the research and images he has collected as part of his historical survey of public houses in Stockton. Alan’s research stems from his recent inputs into Tees Archaeology’s historic building study within the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees. Be prepared for a nostalgic trip to discover the histories of some of Stockton’s most celebrated and lesser known 'watering holes' from the Victorian era through to the present day.
