For the 18th year in a row, we'll gather in the CMU Fabiano Botanical Garden, beside the pond, beginning at sunrise (7:39 a.m.) and we'll take turns reading the Deathbed Edition of Walt Whitman's classic Leaves of Grass, from beginning to end (or as far as we get...)Bring a copy of the Deathbed Edition of Leaves of Grass if you have one, a blanket or lawn chair, and join us for a full day of YAWP-ing.
Feel free to read with us, or just lean back and loafe, observing a spear of summer grass. Stop by for a short visit, or come for hours, whatever you wish!
