Pharmacists: Northwell Health designates this activity for PENDING ACPE credits. It will be the responsibility of the pharmacist to provide the correct information [i.e. e-Profile ID and DOB (in MMDD format)] in order to receive credit for participating in a CE activity.
To earn a contact hour certificate, participants must stay for the entire presentation and complete an evaluation form.
