1. Venue
Addis Ababa Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise
2. Duration of Trade Fair
Thursday, March 13-17, 2025, from 09 am to 06 pm
3. Orientation and Distribution of Exhibitor Passes
The orientation session will be held on March 10, 2025, at 03:00 pm. Exhibitor passes, along with welcome packs, will be distributed after the session. Three exhibitor passes for a nine (9) sq.m area each (e.g., a 27 sq.m booth = 9 exhibitor passes) will be given to exhibitors.
4. Deliver Exhibiting Materials and Organize Individual Stands
All exhibiting materials should be brought to the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center and displayed on individual stands on March 11 and 12, 2025, from 9 pm to 6:00 pm.
The morning of March 12, 2025, is reserved to give your stand a last touch and for the delivery of perishable items (like cut flowers) only.
There will be no delivery of exhibiting materials during the opening ceremony on March 13, 2025, starting at 01:00 pm.
Please clearly label any materials that you would like to be delivered to the halls with the following address (for foreign participants only).

5. Installation Date
March 11-12, 2025, from 9 am-6 pm
6. Allocation and Handover of Booths
The requested size of booths will be allocated. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All booths will be handed over to exhibitors on March 12, 2025, at 04:00 pm.
7. Opening Date and Hour
March 13, 2025, 3:00 pm
The business community, higher government officials, foreigners residing in Addis Ababa, ambassadors, invited guests, journalists, and participating companies and visitors will attend the colorful opening ceremony at the exhibition center on March 13, 2025, at 3:00 pm at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center.
8. Closing Date and Hour
March 16, 2025, at 4 pm
Exhibition materials should not be removed from individual stands before the closing date of the trade fair. . Taking out exhibiting materials before the closing date requires the permission of the organizer.
9. Dismantling Dates
Dismantling March 18, 2025, starting from 9 am
10. Side Event
Special Business to Business Forum
A B2B meeting will be arranged in the presence of business councils from different countries. March 16, 2025, at 4:00 pm
Entertainment
For March 13-17, 2025, 9:00 am – 6: pm, there will be a visitors entertainment program at the Addis Ababa Exhibition Center.
Exhibitors Night for Networking
On March 16, 2025, at 7:00 pm, the organizer will award certificates of participation to all participants of the 14th Ethio-Chamber International Trade Fair. Best awards will go to the best exhibitors selected by an independent body. Sponsorship awards will also be given to sponsors and partners. The exhibitors night will bring a conductive environment to create strengthening business networking and partnership development.
Business Conference
The business conference is a platform planned to provide the opportunity for government financial sectors and private companies for foreign direct investment.
