Come and join us at the 104th Annual Convocation of the Iowa Council of Deliberation Banquet hosted by Edna K. Bell Assembly #77, Order of the Golden Circle, Valley of Waterloo, Orient of Iowa.

This is a night where we will celebrate phenomenal women throughout our history and recognize the trail that they have blazed for us all.
