Designed to provide you with a better understanding of the One to Four Family Contract and some of its more frequently used addenda, along with some commonly made mistakes, real world discussions, performance timing Q&A, and more, all in an effort to improve knowledge, understanding, competency, and confidence.

This in-person event will be held at Coldwell Banker Universal, but is open to agents from any brokerage. In order to receive CE credit from URHome Real Estate School and from the Texas Real Estate Commission (“TREC”), you must:

• fully complete the Registration and Enrollment form before class begins

• present a valid state-issued photo ID before class begins • provide the last four digits of your state-issued photo ID

• attend the entire class from start time to dismissal

• participate in class activities and discussions, and be otherwise engaged and “present” for the duration of the class

• sign out with your TREC license number, and

• make payment in full, if class is not otherwise sponsored.
