This course will help you take your pizza night to the next level. You will learn the differences in the types of flours, the basics of yeast dough, and of course how to make a classic pizza pie and tomato sauce. This course will be taught by NPC’s Hospitality and Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full-scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home.
